Finding the best mortgage might seem difficult and time consuming. It’s a big decision and we’re here to make sure it will be the right one.
We understand that buying your first home is a massive decision and the world of property and finance can be a confusing and intimidating place. That’s why we make sure our clients feel confident and fully understand the complete process, with friendly, reassuring accurate explanations.
Your existing mortgage lender may prefer you to stay on their standard variable rate once your present mortgage product has expired, as you could be over paying. We independently research the market to make sure you pay the lowest monthly amount for your current circumstances.
Buying or selling property is stressful. We liaise with estate agents and solicitors on your behalf to ensure the process is as smooth as possible to a successful completion. Peace of mind knowing you have professionals with over fifteen years of experience working for you.
This is a specialist market and requires careful consideration. We will guide you through and make sure you have a clear understanding of this type of investment. Our financial advising expertise has assisted many of our clients to grow lucrative investment portfolios.
We are directly regulated and authorised, which means we are answerable only to you the client and the Financial Conduct Authority. That means we are not driven by sales targets laid down by estate agents or associated with using certain lenders more than others to build a higher commission level.
Our advisers are fully qualified Financial advisers. We’ve chosen to specialise in the intermediary mortgage markets and have built up specialist knowledge in this field over the past fifteen years.
Our clients can expect to experience a friendly greeting. We pride ourselves that we can give a professional service but with a easy to understand manner. We are always available to answer any questions of any kind at any time on any part of the financial and property industry.
By completing this brief questionnaire in detail, we will be able to source and advise accurately the most appropriate mortgage for your current circumstances and requirements.
